Pregnancy is a time of so much change. You're knitting together and growing a brand new human within you. With how much energy and hormonal change it takes to create and grow new life, it's no wonder if you're feeling exhausted, or suffering from aches and pains.

Support yourself, and ease the challenging symptoms, with this Bristol pregnancy yoga class.


Each week you will be welcomed into a safe and comfortable space where you can learn the tools and techniques of yoga therapy that specifically support a mother and birth giver throughout such a transformational time.

Each week, this pregnancy yoga class will offer you tools and techniques that will support you throughout the journey of pregnancy and set you up for an empowered birth, however that looks for you.

The content will change weekly so that you experience a wide variety of practices designed to support pregnancy, however you'll come to learn how to reliably calm your nervous system, and nourish, strengthen and support yourself for a supported pregnancy and an empowered birth.

Post Natal Yoga in Bristol

Every Tuesday 10:30 - 11:30am at Elephant House, Dean Street, Bristol

Whilst this is such a happy time, there's a lot of recovery that you feel your body is calling out for!

This Bristol post-natal yoga class is designed specifically to help you with the below:

- Ease aching, tired and loose joints
- Safely and gradually build back strength after pregnancy
- Soften tired shoulders, arms and upper back from feeding
- Pelvic floor restoration
- Breath work to ease stiffness, relieve stress and anxiety, and offer you calm and ease
- Practices you can take home to increase your wellbeing
- Movements and practices to help you through a time of extreme hormonal shift
- Gentle rest to help you recover from birth and sleepless nights

How amazing that you can do all of the above for yourself whilst knowing it's also an opportunity to bond with your first or newest child!

Every week, you will be welcomed into a warm, soothing, comforting space in Bristol. All equipment (and baby toys) will be provided in this mum and baby yoga class.

This is a great time to meet mothers and parents going through the same journey as you, who also know how taxing it can be to go through pregnancy and recover from birth whilst raising a baby, and perhaps a family.

You and your baby are welcomed just as you are, no matter how either of you are feeling that day. Nappy changes, breast / chest and bottle feeds and baby's changeable moods are all welcome to these sessions.

These classes are great anytime from 6 weeks post-birth, or up to 12 weeks post cesarean, speak with your doctor and check in with yourself about when you feel ready to begin.

A perfect weekly addition up until baby begins crawling! One booking covers you and your baby (or babies in the case of twins / multiples).
