Service Description

Pregnancy is a time of big changes. You're knitting together and growing a brand new human within you. With how much energy and hormonal change it takes to create and grow new life, it's no wonder if you're feeling exhausted, or suffering from aches and pains. Support yourself, and ease the challenging symptoms, with pregnancy yoga. Each week you will be welcomed into a safe and comfortable environment where you can learn the tools and techniques of yoga therapy that specifically support a mother and birth giver throughout such a transformational time. This pregnancy yoga class is suitable for you if you experience any of the below: - Exhaustion and fatigue - Anxiety, low moods and / or a lower tolerance for stress - Pelvic girdle pain, lower back pain, restless leg syndrome, or any of the other uncomfortable, sometimes painful, symptoms of pregnancy - Headaches or migraines - Nausea and or sickness - Heartburn - Difficulty with sleep - Feeling unprepared for / anxious about birth Each week, this class will offer you tools and techniques that will support you throughout pregnancy and set you up for an empowered birth, however that looks for you. The content will change weekly so that you experience a wide variety of practices designed to support pregnancy, however you'll come to learn how to reliably calm your nervous system, and nourish, strengthen and support yourself for a supported pregnancy and an empowered birth.
