About the event

Your weekly getaway. One full hour just for yourself. 

This yoga class is designed with you in mind. With a creative and thoughtful mix of yoga postures and movements that open up the achey, sore and stiff parts of your body and that strengthen the areas that need more support.

You'll learn different movements each week, and yet you'll watch your strength and flexibilty consitently grow whilst waving goodbye to chronic tension, stress, injuries and aches and pains.

The relaxation is an essential end to this class. Designed specifically to calm frazzled nervous systems, helping you to say goodby to feelings of exhaustion, burn out and overwhelm.

Remind yourself that you matter again. You deserve to be taken care of too!
