Your moment of self care. One hour filled with yoga and relaxation designed especially for you.
Each week, you'll move your body in a way that feels great. You'll improve your strength, fitness and flexibility, whilst healing from injuries, aches and pains and chronic tension.
This will be followed by a relaxation practice designed specifically to calm your nervous system and replenish your energy. This is a transformational way to help greatly reduce stress, anxiety, fatigue, exhaustion and burnout.
The combination of therapeutic movement and healing relxation will be your mid-week respite. Something you can look forward to, and feel the benefits of for the rest of the week.
